SIMPLE APPLE PIE RECIPE

        What is the best apple pie?

400 g     butter (cool, separated)
520 g     all-reason flour (isolated)
1     egg yolk
½ tsp     salt
170 g     sugar
60 ml     water
8     apples
½     lemon
½ tsp     cinnamon
¼ tsp     nutmeg
100 g     brown sugar
1     egg white

    cling wrap

    cutting board

    enormous bowl
    cooking spoon

MAKING PROCESS:-


    360 g margarine
    500 g flour
    1 egg yolk
    ½ tsp salt
    120 g sugar
    60 ml water
    stand blender
    saran wrap

Cut some of margarine into huge pieces and add to a stand blender with a large portion of flour, egg yolk, salt, and sugar. Beat for approx. 2 - 3 min. until brittle. Then, at that point, gradually add water, holding a modest quantity for the last advance, and keep on beating for another 1 - 2 min. until batter is smooth and uniform in consistency.
