MINT COOKIE BARS

MINT COOKIE BARS

Fixings

½ cup unsalted spread, mellowed
¼ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup stuffed light earthy colored sugar
1 teaspoon unadulterated vanilla concentrate
1 huge egg, room temperature
2 cups generally useful flour
1 3.5 oz. bundle vanilla pudding blend
1 teaspoon baking pop
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cup chocolate chips (with mint, in the event that you can find)

 Directions

1. Preheat stove to 350 degrees F.
2. Line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or material paper. Set
aside.
3. In a huge blending bowl, cream spread with an electric blender for 30
seconds.
4. Add the two sugars and cream until light and soft, around 2 minutes.
5. Add egg and vanilla and blend on low until fused.
6. In another blending bowl, whisk together the dry fixings (flour,
pudding blend, baking pop and salt).
7. Add the dry fixings to the wet fixings and mix only couple of times.
Add 1 and ½ cup of the chocolate chips, holding the rest for putting
on top of the treat batter. Blend until all flour combination is
joined.
8. Compress the treat mixture onto the pre-arranged container. Smooth out the top.
9. Heat the treat bars for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the top seems set.
Move the dish onto a cooling rack. Cool totally previously
showering.
10. Dissolve the excess chips in a microwave-safe dish, then shower the
bars. Sprinkle with Christmas funfetti. Let sit until the chocolate is
set.
