250 gm okra
2 tablespoon rice flour
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 dry red chili
2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
salt as required
1/4 cup mustard oil
How to make Crispy Bhindi Fry
Step 1 Chop the okra and coat them well
Wash the okra well and pat them dry. Chop the crown and the bottom part. Cut bhindis into small pieces. Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, Also add wheat flour and rice flour. Mix well to coat the bhindis properly.
